LETTER (A, B, C,): Your Username is the 9-digit Identification Number that follows
the letters
NUMBER (1, 2, 3): Your Username is your 9-digit Identification Number that begins
with “10” or "74"
Your Password is the first three letters of your LAST NAME (CAPS)
and your 8-digit birthdate.
